Don’t miss Dr. Jay Davidson’s Mitochondrial Summit: FREE and On-Line, April 5-11, 2021.
WHY ATTEND THE MITOCHONDRIAL SUMMIT?
Your host, Dr. Jay Davidson, has worked with patients on mitochondrial health to improve fatigue, brain fog, sleep, energy and other conditions.
His patients are not only gaining back their health, but also their freedom.
In high school science class, we learned that the mitochondria are the “powerhouse of the cell,” but it’s much more complex than that.
The truth is, the majority of us are walking around with less than ideal mitochondrial health, leading to fatigue and chronic illness.
When you support your mitochondria, you could influence such conditions as:
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Anxiety, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
- Cancer
- Cardiovascular disease/atherosclerosis
- CFIDS
- Diabetes
- Exercise intolerance and fatigue
- Fibromyalgia and myofascial pain
- Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
- Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease
- Sarcopenia (loss of muscle)
- Senescence (aging)
Dr. Jay Davidson’s wife, Heather, struggled with severe and chronic health issues her entire life: sinus scraping, multiple ablations on her heart, going into a coma and struggling with Lyme disease, parasites and heavy metals.
They spent a number of their years with different doctors and specialists, looking for the right person to tell them why she was so fatigued, having heart palpitations, couldn’t sleep and never had any energy.
Each doctor told them something a little different. Then they’d try a new protocol, and sometimes, experience a little bit of progress…
…maybe just enough to function for a few hours a day or run some errands, but she was always careful to conserve her energy for fear of another crash.
Dr. Jay has come to believe that your mitochondria are a MAJOR part of health and energy.
When Heather had a miscarriage, they discovered that her mitochondrial function was very low. This is when Dr. Jay started learning more about the importance of the mitochondria for vibrant health and wellness.
Your mitochondria convert nutrients from cells into energy, giving them the ability to carry out various functions, like growth, metabolism and cellular reproduction.
When was the last time you paid attention to your mitochondrial health?
Join me to learn the science behind mitochondria and how they work within the body, as well as practical tips and tricks to get your mitochondria functioning optimally.

Dr. Davidson’s powerful eGuide, Mitochondria 101
In the past two decades, mitochondria have been identified as signaling organelles that contribute to cell proliferation, death, and differentiation.
Mitochondria are well-known as the powerhouses of the cell and are found within almost all living cells in varying numbers. They are small organelles floating freely through the cell that act like a digestive system, taking in nutrients, breaking them down and creating energy-rich molecules (ATP) for the cell. These processes of the cell are known as cellular respiration.
Multiple reactions involved in cellular respiration occur in the mitochondria. Mitochondria are the organelles that keep the cell fueled with energy. Furthermore, mitochondria are unusual in that they have their own DNA and ribosomes (vital organelles that manufacture proteins) floating in their inner matrix.
Mitochondria play a critical role in activities that enable cells to function and help to maintain a healthy body, including:
- Production of ATP
- Calcium Homeostasis
- Programmed Cell Death
- Stem Cell Regulation
Mitochondria can switch from being organelles which primarily produce ATP (the fuel source for cells) to organelles that produce both ATP and the building blocks for macromolecule synthesis. This switch enables them to meet the metabolic demands of various immune cells.

FREE eGuide, How to Identify & Support Mitochondrial Dysfunction
Mitochondria are well-known as the powerhouses of the cell and are found within almost all living cells in varying numbers.
They are small organelles floating freely through the cell that act like a digestive system, taking in nutrients, breaking them down and creating energy-rich molecules (ATP) for the cell. These processes of the cell are known as cellular respiration.

Poorly functioning mitochondria could lead to fatigue and chronic illness — which could be the reason you get chronically sick (and stay that way!).
With this eGuide, learn to support your mitochondria by:
- Supporting drainage pathways
- Using MitoRestore
- Removing infection
- Going on an anti-inflammatory diet
- Removing toxins
- Using minerals and electrolytes

Unlock these interview transcripts from Dr. Jay Davidson’s Mitochondrial Summit, and gain insights from Niki Gratrix, Bridgit Danner and Dr. Todd Watts!
Over the course of recording the interviews for The Mitochondrial Summit, Dr. Jay Davidson uncovered a number of incredible health tips and tactics from more than 30 experts — researchers, practitioners and doctors — on the front lines of improved health and happiness.
These full length transcripts are chock full of those pearls of health wisdom.
Here are quotes from Niki Gratrix, Bridgit Danner and Dr. Todd Watts:
Niki Gratrix, BA, Dip ION, NANP
“Everything’s connected to everything. So when you have poor mitochondrial function, that affects every other organ because you have mitochondria in practically every single cell.”
Bridgit Danner, LAc, FDNP
“Mitochondria are within your cell. And they have their own DNA and their own membrane. But they’re not very well protected. They don’t have a great protection against outside toxins. So the toxins can come in, and they have a whole list of what they can do.”
Todd Watts, DC, PScD
“Up until a year and a half ago, I just couldn’t work out. The energy generated within my muscles and stuff was very low. And as I cleared out the radioactive elements, radiation, and toxins, all of a sudden, my mitochondria turned on. Energy turned on. And I could work out. And now I feel phenomenal and much better than I have in 15 years.”
As you can see, these transcripts are full of worthwhile perspectives and protocols of the health trade, so I hope you’ll take a moment to download them today.
